Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lovable → Next.js Chrome extension ("Extension") provided by CJ Singh in connection with Indie Kit. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

What the Extension provides

The Extension helps you export projects from Lovable as a local ZIP file, including optional migration tooling for Next.js and Indie Kit. The Extension is provided free of charge unless stated otherwise at the point of download.

Your responsibilities

• You must have a valid Lovable account and rights to export the projects you export.
• You are responsible for securing exported files on your device and for any subsequent migration or deployment.
• You must comply with Lovable's terms of service when using their platform.
• You must not use the Extension to access projects or data you are not authorized to access.

No affiliation

The Extension is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lovable, Vercel, or Next.js. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Data and privacy

Export processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not operate a service that stores your exported project code. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Migration tooling & Indie Kit

Bundled migration agents and Indie Kit starter references are provided as-is to assist development. Separate licenses, purchases, or subscriptions may apply to Indie Kit Pro, third-party services (hosting, databases, payment providers), or AI tools (Cursor, Claude) you choose to use after export.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EXPORTS WILL BE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR PRODUCTION WITHOUT YOUR OWN REVIEW AND TESTING.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Updates and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time. Chrome Web Store distribution and feature availability may change without notice.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
